As the first company in China to successfully develop and produce new-type high-performance catalysts, we have a solid technical foundation supported by Wylton Groups profound strength in the sulfuric acid industry.
To promote technological innovation and product upgrading, we have built a catalyst industrial simulation converter, which provides strong support for product R&D and process optimization. We also own the worlds most advanced production facilities for sulfur dioxide oxidation catalysts, and have been continuously improving product quality, production level, technical service capacity and R&D strength through years of efforts.
Our high-performance vanadium & cesium catalysts are the core competitiveness. Adopting imported diatomite as the carrier, our unique production process avoids carrier damage, ensuring uniform dispersion of active components and wider pore size distribution. This brings excellent performance in activity, bulk density and pressure drop, along with longer service life (8-15 years), longer screening cycle (2-5 years) and lower screening loss (5~10%) under normal operation.
